The end of tenancy service clean will be carried out in accordance with instructions taken at the time and detailed in the estimate of service
An End of Tenancy Clean will be undertaken based upon the client’s instructions given at time of instruction and contained within the Estimate of Service
Platinum Pro cannot be held responsible if a third party objects to the standard of clean of the work carried out and will not be held liable for any costs imposed by a third party.
Platinum Pro reserve the right in some instances to charge a minimum deposit of 50% at the time of the client booking the service. Occasionally, full payment may be requested.
